“Energia”, the album released in 2016 was also a worldwide hit and was nominated for Best Urban Music Album at the Latin Grammy Awards. This album counted with the participation of names like Bia, Daddy Yankee, Fuego, Yandel and Juanes. The singles “Ginza” and “Mi Gente” dominated every chart of latin music, elevating J Balvin’s name to a world-class status. And his success can only continue to spread as the track “Downtown” featuring Anitta proves.
